I cannot give enough praise to Katherine Curry of Century 21.

It was a difficult transaction because we were dealing with the Dept. of Social Services.

There were special guide lines for the sale of the property which significantly delayed the passing of papers.

So, the vacant property needed constant monitoring both outside and inside during the 45 day delay, which Katherine did religiously. When needed, she found qualified contractors to repair and maintain the property keeping in mind the cost of the repairs.

Katherine kept me updated on the progress of the transaction in a caring, yet professional manor.

Like "All State", I was in good hands!

Katherine was very easy to talk to and understood exactly what I was looking for in a home. I had quite a year for 2019, and stressing over where to live was not something I wanted added to my already overfilled plate. We were very lucky. The house sold in two days for the asking price in cash. Katherine was very professional and helped with the negotiations to get to the two days under contract status. Throughout the buyer inspection process, Katherine kept us up to date and helped with selecting contractors to handle the minor items that needed remediation prior to closing. We would definitely use Katherine again if the need arose.
